I'm about done with all pc games. Cost way more to even buy a computer and a game than it does to buy a console and 1 really good game. Plus they are starting to disappoint in the PC area. I might as well only get rts games for the pc.

Your right jiggy......I was in a pissy mood when I posted earlier, the game has potential and the few teasers I have seen look awesome. Gonna hope for the best. With Admins on the servers being able to ban/boot it will help BUT I see alot of innocent people being booted aswell, there is ALOT of hackers in CODMW2 no doubt......but it is fairly easy to have a good game in that as we all know......but when u do everyone thinks your hacking. Me you and Freak have all went 30-5 or better on many occations, We know were not hackin but everyone else thinks you are just because there ARE alot of hacks in the game and a untrained eye has a hard time telling the difference I can spot a hack in MW2 a mile away though most the time.....

The fact they aren't running PB is disappointing.  At least with the semi dedicated servers you have the option to boot someone but if this release is as susceptible to hacks as MW2 the admin isn't going to be able to play they'll be playing full time cop.  Oh well.  The couple of specialty games they have in that link looked pretty cool at least.

Maybe I'm jumpin the gun but these shit heads are pissing me off with the way they are doing these games........are they stupid? What the hell is so hard about giving PC players games developed and set up for a friggin PC not a fockin console??? I really just don't understand there thinking. A friend of mine asked me to build him a new computer today for gaming.......my responce " WTF you gonna play on it"  Told him to buy a new console and be done with it or just keep using the PC I built for him a few years ago because with the games that are coming a new high end PC was stupid.

Several issues here.......Gameservers is the only host for servers and they blow VAC anticheat insted of PB......we know how that goes, they are gonna jack this game all up too, from the sounds of it very limited access to server files ECT. I'll bet the game will be very unmodable and hard to set up like ya want kinda like BFBC2....this shit is getting old, about ready to just be done with it.

Well where to start   Flickering and flashing like a mofo when the cards would downclock for that power saving stuff. VERY slow load times in BFBC2 which was a known isssue with the cards in crossfire.....random lockups even with stock clocks whille in certain games. I think that most of the issues were magnified because I use a 120hz. LCD and for some reason crossfire just didnt like it at all. With all that said, running a single 5850 was flawless and for me worked better "in game"...... the single was smoother. Benches where way better with crossfire but in game sucked. I think ATI needs to work on there crossfire profiles and what not cause I was not impressed with that side of things at all. The 5850 is a very nice card though, fast/cool/cheap......wouldnt have got rid of them except for the reasons above and basically just wanted to try somthing new. I guess at the end of the day, im not huge into benchmarks anymore and just want a single card that is powerful and gets the job done. A single 5850 did do the job but on certain games (DIRT2/GRID) with settings all maxed out FPS would start to suffer a bit and im picky as a mofo about that, It did still feel smooth though but again im a anal bastage about FPS being where I want it
